Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really interesting place to visit. The lady who runs the show is a wealth of knowledge. Worth going to.

We stopped in on our way to Meekatharra and thoroughly enjoyed the quick tour. Fascinating history of how gold was mined. It’s a little gem of disappearing history.

Great place to visit. Located in the centre of wildflower country and amazing to see an old gold battery.

I was on my way back to Perth from Cue and made a quick stop in Paynes Find Gold Battery. The museum was small but informative with a video explaining the whole gold production process. In the video we also founded out that this gold battery were the last gold battery in Australia that was ran by a woman which is unique. Even Malcolm Douglas made a visit to this unique location.

If people is stopping at Paynes Find for a quick refreshment I suggest you drive up 500m to this unique Battery and support it to preserve this bit of history.
