Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There is now a third lane, this time in Glenhuntly and locally named as Bird Lane. The theme is bird murals and a statue. Lovely, and well worth the visit. It is off Waratah Avenue and near Grange Road. It appears on Google Maps.

I’ve worked in this area for 10 years and only recently discovered this amazing community laneway. Filled with artwork, plants and much more

The garden/gallery has now been extended to two lanes and even more art has been installed. The gardeners have continued their efforts and this Spring sees so many flowers on view. A great idea and a treasure for Carnegie. Others had come to marvel while we were there.

I was brought here by a friend a year ago and I thought it such a wonderful place. People had turned a narrow laneway into a garden and added many pieces of art. It is a wonderland not just for children walking home from the local primary school, but something for adults, too.
