We watched a short film on the year in the life a winemaker from the Lavaux area. Interesting to realize how much work it is to be a winemaker - we watched in English. We followed that with a wine tasting with some light food. They have a full variety here of many local vineyards.

We went here with Swiss relatives. What a lovely surprise. We tasted delicious wines from the region and watched an informative film on how the wine is made in the region (in English!) Highly recommended!

The cave is a fun place for wine tasting. Also, the surrounding vineyards are great for a mini hike. There is a stream and waterfall there with amazing lake views.

This wine bar provides a well rounded, diverse range of wines. I strongly recommend the expert package, which allows you to sample up to five wines (3 whites and 2 reds) for only 22 francs. Definitely sample their special Alpine cheese and dried bacon with herbs! Afterwards, you can go up the steps behind the building for incredible views.

The Vinorama is a wine bar presenting and selling local wines, as well as a 'cinema' which shows a movie depicting the wine industry of the area (around 20 minutes long). Both French and English versions are available. We watched the movie, and then set at the bar and ordered some wine. Very cool place, with locals and their families.... More

The service was very slow and we sat outside next to an unfortunately very busy road so it wasn't very peaceful. We had a decent wine tasting though and a saucisson and cheese plate, they also have a very small "museum" that explains the wines in the region.

Very nice introduction to Swiss wine. Good value in terms of cost sample white red or both. From 22f.meats and cheeses are also available to make the wine and bread even tastier.

This is a great place to sample many different wines from the Lavaux region. It worked out especially well for us since most of the wineries are closed on Saturdays. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the region and each wine we tried. I felt it was a... More

We took the train to St. Saphorin from Montreux and got off in that little village to have such at Raisin...wonderful perch filets. The village is very hilly but we had a nice visit at a chapel there to rest our feet. Then we walked the rest of the way to the Vinorama....a little ways to walk but along the... More

The wine was good but not exceptional. The walkway leading to the tasting room was exceptional, with lots of waterfalls & a scenic view of the mountains and lakes. It is a great way to taste the wines of the area, although I must admit that it is difficult if you cannot speak the language.
