This library is located within 5 minutes walking distance from my house. It was completely rebuilt a few years ago and is very modern in design. It is the best suburban library that I have ever visited over the years, in terms of size, facilities, range of books and the DVD collection. It is opened daily, except during public holidays.
The travel section is popular because many of the local residents (including my wife and I) are retired and enjoy regular travel. A few months ago, the library began a new facility called Kanopy, which allows streaming of movies and documentaries from a website, for members. This is an excellent addition for members.

This library is amazing, there is almost a room for everything and its an amazing place to sit down to relax or study. I just hope they get more of the books I enjoy.

The library has a large selection of books, and if you can't find one there you may be able to request it from a nearby library. There's plenty of space between the shelves and it's easy to navigate. The staff are very helpful.

The infrastructure is modern and well equipped. But a library is supposed to be a place where people can focus, read and study. People were talking like if there were in a pub making it impossible to focus on what I was reading. Even the members of staff at the reception desk were not making any effort to speak quietly...Please keeping libraries free from too much noise!!!

The Library is a free lending library that comes with many facilities, including study desks, a cafe, a secluded garden (to take noisy children), books and DVDs to borrow, and a lot of space. The reading material is very up to date. What interested me was the family and local history section, which has a lot of useful local research information. When the weather turns bad this is a great place to be.
