A beautiful beach. white sand and turquoise water. the beach is full of corals! We went in late march. It was very quiet and hardly anyone. Zamami is a small no-frills island but such a hidden gem. don't expect large hotels or restaurants but definitely worth an overnight stay if you are in Naha. It is a 50-minute ride by... More

A very beautiful beach with water that could rival anywhere in the world. We went on a Sunday and the crowd was very light. We rented snorkeling gear there and the snorkeling was very nice. It takes some time to get there. A ferry and then a bus but it was certainly worth the trip.

Nice to relax and snorkeling! 20 minutes walk from the village over a little hill. Or take the bus. Lifeguards present, and parasols and beds for rent at the beach. But no need, the sand is soft!

Stunning Crystal clean water exactly the color of Bombay Gin. Great snorkelling and friendly local staff operating the activities and restaurants.

Definitely a place that is worth visiting while on Zamami Island! There is a village bus from the port that can take visitors directly there for 300 JPY, but since the times are a bit sporadic, my friend and I chose to walk from the center of town. It took about 20 minutes, and there was an uphill area that... More

This beach is beautiful. Crystal clear water with beautiful reefs. Wasn't busy when I was there but I can imagine I could be. The place is chilled and is really accessible from Naha. If the ferry website says its full - turn up around 730am to the ticket office in the ferry terminal and queue up. I did and again... More

Has the best reef with the most fish. Also clear blue water and nice soft sand. Had the best time here, only time I went to the other beach was to see the turtles.

Furuzamami Beach is reachable by a 20 minutes walk (with some climbing) from Zamami Port or by regular shuttles (every hour). it is worth the visit. Beautiful landscape, blue water with good infrastructure. It is possible to rent snorkling equipment, sun shade and chairs. Meals and showers are also available. Good weather in April, while it was cold everywhere else... More

What a beautiful unspoiled tropical paradise! Blue, blue water, white sand and green backdrop. The colors are a feast for the eyes. Not many people and such beauty!
