A museum is supposed to verify the facts they showcase. There is hard proof evidence that Chiune Sugihara was born in Mino City and not Yaotsu. Do they have to cheat and tell lies to make people come to their town?? Not acceptable to forge...More

This Museum offers not only information about the man but also about the holocaust. It has Hebrew guidance available which makes it very attractive to readers of Hebrew.

We really had to go out of our ways to get here. It's very nice that this great man is honoured but I heard that this is not his actual birth place. I was a little disappointed.

We made a point of going to visit the Chiune Sugihara Memorial Hall and it was well worth our time. When we entered we were first shown a video that explained who he was and what he did. We them continued to the museum itself...More

You have to use 'Meitetsu line'. Catch the train bound for 'Shin Kani' at Nagoya station of Meitetsu line. Use the taxi from Shin Kani station, final stop. It takes about 30 minutes from Shin Kani station. Inconvenience... More
