Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Muramatsu Kokuzoson is the largest temple in Tokai . There are two statues of “Nio” at the entrance-- it's so cool. When you go through the gate, you can pay your respects to the god of the shrine, draw “omikuji” and buy amulets. It is very fun. Also, There are many ritual tablets on display, and it's fun to see them. There are smoking areas, toilets and free parking.
However, the nearby free parking is small and it may fill up quickly. If it is full, it will be necessary to park at free parking a little farther away and walk a little.
I think spring or autumn is the best season to visit, but you should be able to enjoy it in any season. I recommend going to the three-storied pagoda in the back. It is large and has many stairs, so it's best to wear comfortable shoes.
I think you can enjoy it for about 30 minutes to an hour.
