didn't see too much here...just a wayside stop and a place where folks sold some natural produce. there was a nice apple crepe shop next to it.

Was in Biei and not expecting much because I was not driving and I could not go anywhere far. Michi-no Eki Biei Okanokura was on the Biei Main Street, walkable from JR station.

Biei's michi no eki, road station shop, is well stocked with local produce. If you like Biei's agricultural produce, this is worth a stop. It is just 5 minutes walk from JR Biei - turn left after you exit the station facing the main road.

Could be the busiest toilet stop in Hokkaido. Crowded. Nothing to see other than the typical tourist junk stores.
