The area is known to have over a hundred different species of Sakuras. So even in mid-May, I was able to see them. Also, Sakura ice-cream is sold near the castle entrance - worth trying.

I think there will be late blooming variety of cherry blossom trees. The estimated full Bloom will be early May (01 to 10 May).
