Best for ametures, old or young..me 66 of age. There is a small swimming lake with waterfall... An hour workout is all you need..

Being coming here on frequent visits for a ramble and quick workout. Easy to moderate trails. Different options for varied fitness. A circuit takes approx 1.5 hrs. Best bit is coconut juice at the end.

This place is now getting crowded during weekends so be there early by 730am to secure a parking. A good place to train for trail runs. I usually hike from Trail B which has 7 hills to negotiate before reaching the "Peak". A bit tricky...More

its never a good idea to trek alone if something happens no one will be there to help you. sat and sunday morning from 730am to 930am will have lots of people there. try this first before you do the evening sessions

You can hike at the AB Trail in Wawasan Puchong park. That is allowed and legal. Its only illegal when you enroach into the other Ayer Hitam forest reserve park area which the waterfalls are situated. You will see plenty of... More
