A bit of a trip in on a gravel road but a beautiful drive. The waterfalls are gorgeous and the scenery is just amazing.

This is a great hike if you are prepared to pack in supplies and have time to spend at the cascades. We took three days to hike in, look around the falls and hike back out. I would definitely recommend at least four days for...More

Recently stayed overnight at the Monkman Provincial Park and it was lovely! It's a bit more rustic than some provincial sites, no showers or flush toilets but it's right along the Murray River and in August (maybe all year round) it's a beautiful turquoise blue...More

If you like hiking to waterfalls this is your kind of place. A number of trails are along the park road which is a bit rough. The end of the road is about and hour and fifteen minutes from Tumbler Ridge. Very little traffic. Look...More

Really nice setting. Big spaces available. Remember you are in the heart of bear country. I saw my second grizzly bear on the road in. Magnificent scenery. I wish we could have stayed. Nice walking trails down to the falls. Good bear info posted.

There is so much to do in this park if you are willing to go on an adventure. From the drive out through the Northern Rockies on a forestry service road and it's many hiking trails, to Kineuso falls and the Monkman pass memorial trail,...More

lt was these falls that drew us to Tumbler Ridge, but there is so much more to see as well as these falls, you need a good four days to take in the best sights and walks, highly recommended as a short break destination for...More

Higher than Niagara Falls, with out the commercialism. A long drive down a rough road through some amazing mountain vistas brings you to this powerful place where you can literally touch the falls. Trails to hike; camping available. No modern conveniences. Dozens of other roadways...More
