These are a very beautiful falls, not as wide as Niagara but almost as high and also some mountain formations across the falls. They are about 2.5 hrs from Grande Prairie Ab and only 45 minutes from Tumbler Ridge. About 40 minutes drive on dirt...More

This was on my bucket list for some time and we finally got out to see it. The road is gravel and very rough to get there - 52km, but it is really worth it. Just take your time and watch for other traffic and...More

The falls don’t disappoint the down side gravel road to get to them. A few places to stop and hike on the way up to the falls. When you arrive at the falls you have a few hiking options. Pictures don’t do it justice the...More

Long drive on gravel road, but absolutely worth it. Great waterfall and rainbow. Don't leave tumbler without a visit here.

The waterfall is 197 feet/70 meters high making it slightly higher than Niagara though it doesn’t move the same volume of water. We walked to the various viewpoints high and riverside, but the best view is probably from the river jet boat tours that one...More

Long gravel road to get there but a short walk to the falls. Picnic tables and outhouse before the lookout. Well worth the journey, beautiful falls and another easy hike to an outlook higher up. The path going down to the river was too steep...More

Well worth the hike to the bottom. Absolutely beautiful. We were fortunate to meet someone that brought us right up to the falls in his river boat. It was so cool hearing the thunderous roar and feeling the spray of the mist. The trail to...More

Gorgeous view from the bottom! Opted out of the long rough drive and took a river boat tour! Randy with Wild River Adventure Tours was great and to see the strength and beauty of these falls from the river was Awesome!

Impressive waterfalls:) it's quite the drive out there though. That's 100km of gravel. Some one lane bridges. Dusty if you're following someone. But a beautiful drive and beautiful falls. We also hiked the Stone Corral, which was super pretty!
