We started our mining tour with the museum. What a great place. The kids really enjoyed it. We are home schoolers so we were able to use it as a learning experience.

An interesting museum that details the past history of the Cobalt area, including the cultural and human interest. The newly renovated and redesigned displays make it easier to follow the story. There is a small store that sells books, minerals, and related items.
