This has to be the very best zoo I have ever visited. Layout is thoughtful in that there are genuine indigenous buildings associated with each part of the world where the animals come from. Highlight for me were the white tigers, which prowl an Indian...More

It is a great zoo in which every detail is very well thought of. Each part of the park, it makes you feel the cultural and geographical atmosphere of each region. It is also very tidy and clean.

Our two children (and adults!) enjoyed the day very much. Lots of families going from site to site. All having a good time. Difficult to choose a special attraction but the open field type displays of African animals were very good.

This is the best animal parc I have ever visited. Especially the new parts are absolutely gorgeous. The birds-area could use a refurb, especially the parrots are in too small cages compared to the huge territories other animals get in the newer areas. Don't underestimate...More

Cameras are definitely allowed. I doubt that they care about tripods. Lots of people were taking photos with DSLRs.
