Brotherton Park and the Dibbinsdale Local Nature Reserve join as one large, long woodland area. Access is from all sides on Spital Road and Dibbins Hey. Beautiful, unspoilt woodland ideal for a walk

We visit here regularly, and love watching the woodland change with the seasons. Various walks are available, with an abundance of wild life, and something new to see on every visit. We especially like playing Pooh Sticks off Ladybridge!

I live nearby and don't take advantage enough of this beautiful place. The trails are lovely, the ponds, the open spaces and woods are peaceful.
