4 courses - excellent experience. My husband cooked and I explored the kitchen garden, produce from ploytunnel to plate - you can't get fresher than that!

Had a wonderful time on the patisserie course. Learnt a great deal in a gorgeous setting with an excellent teacher (Becca). Would love to go back and do more!
