Theres only the tower of the chapel left and it isnt accessible. Its in the grounds of Denbigh Castle. If visiting The castle you can get information on what it looked like when in its heyday. Makes a nice photo though

The only thing remaining is the tower. It literally is stop for a moment, take a photo and walk by. Personally, it did not really excite me and there is not a sign to let you know its history which is a shame.

St Hilary's has a good history to it, and should be discovered rather than me just writing it. The tower is all that remains, and stands tall and strong, with clean lines and clear outline

On walking up to the castle you can't miss Saint Hillary is chapel which was built inside the town walls so that those living with in Denbigh Town walls could worship. All that remains now is just the belltower which no one can access.

The Bell Tower is all that remains of this Catholic Church. There is no public access to the Tower Makes a good backdrop for photographs

Just travelling around the town we came across what remains of the church - its right next to the castle. It's all part of the history of the area and you can't miss it when you visit the castle.

We went to Denbigh to take a walk through and visit the Castle. While there we also went to check out the remains of the Chapel which you see while approaching the Castle. Unfortunately you cannot go inside the Tower, which is all that remains....More

On its own, this simple tower isn't overly impressive and my three star rating reflects the fact that you cannot access the tower. Taken as a part of the whole town walls and castle remains area however, it helps paint an overall picture and it...More

Built around 1300. to serve the new town. All that survives of this Catholic Church is the 15 meter bell tower & a short section of the west wall, all the rest was demolished in 1923. It remained in use until 1874. There is no...More
