Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Only took us 25 min to walk the circuit at a leisurely pace. Pleasant, fairly easy rainforest walk, but not for those with limited mobility. Some small sections had steep steps, and you have to cross the creek via rock hopping.

We were returning from the valley and decided to take our 2 dogs for a walk, as the weather was cold and miserable but woyld enjoy a short walk.
This is a delightful and relatively easy walk. The trail is a bit hit and miss and slippery but the scenery is beautiful.
Well worth the effort.

On the Megalong valley road, lies this small treking trail of 600 meters. Called the Coachwood Glen nature trek, it has a small parking area and a map of the trek. The trek is a loop of moderate difficulty and passes across a stream twice. Any person of reasonable fitness should be able to do it. The walk is beautiful and quite romantic. The water of the brook is crystal clear and there are a few benches to sit and rest. The path comes out on the road, and we had to walk for about 5 minutes on the road, to reach back our parking lot. There are plenty of birds and is a paradise for birders.

Short walk through the wilderness, which was a beautiful stop-off on the Megalong Road. With the creeks and the nice access to the rainforest.

There are some signs as to where the path goes, but in places it took a bit of finding. A great area with ferns and crystal clear water and only takes 15 - 20 minutes to do 'the loop'. Worthwhile walk on the way into or out of the Megalong Valley

A good 20 minute walk through woods and across creeks. Very pretty. A little uneven in spots so not suitable for toddlers.

Beautiful patch of rainforest for this short loop walk. Dark underneath due ti magnificent canopy. Would love to know how old some of these slow growing coach woods are. Suitable for kids as young as six.

Only two small car parks (prob 6-8 cars max total) but we were there on Sunday and not busy at all. Recommend when you get to end of walk at other carpark, turn back and do the alternate track. Brilliant accessible rainforest
