great place to visit lots of history, lovely beach, long promenade right on the mouth of the River Mersey, Busy shipping to see, 10min drive to heart of Liverpool

Great place by Mersey tunnel M53. If travelling from Ireland or Wales a great place to rest. Can park motor home as well. Great place for family and friends and also for disabled. Bucket and spade. Ice cream galore and sticks of rock. Proper seaside...More

I took my kids here & we had a really nice time. It’s an interesting place & easy to access. It’s for all age groups too.

A lovely exhibition of photos of then-and-now New Brighton and surrounding area, with enthusiastic and helpful volunteers giving free tours and explanations of what was on display. The centre is open Tue-Sat 11-1 and Sun 12-2. It's worth popping in also to see the inside...More
