Went for a swim. Mixed changing room, which was a bit of a surprise, very small changing cubicles with hardly anywhere to put clothes when you got changed. Only one lane for length swimming, so got a bit crowded.
We use this venue regularly - there is lots of choice from swimming to tennis BUT it's all a bit mediocre. Yoga and swimming can be very "follow the programme" rather than inspiring the child. Good but not great
The library is excellent
There are lots of choices here between swimming, trampolining, football and squash.
I find the swimming lessons pedestrian and the yoga sessions felt like they were being run to a manual rather than experts working with clients using their own thinking and experience.
I joined the gym shortly after I retired to slow the aging deterioration that appears to be standard.

Money, and I mean lots of money, has been spent on the Concourse. Great gym. Cafe a bit lack lustre. Pool needs money to bring up a bit. All clean generally though. The changing rooms can be grubby but if people continue to abuse them...More
Ugly building from outside, very ugly for area. Reception cleanish and long queues that they cannot handle during semi busy hours never mind busy hours . The changing rooms are very dirty and so are the shower cubical in changing village, they are disgusting, poolside...More
