I would have been devastated if I had visited the area without seeing this unique, quirky pool. The rock formations and caves alone are reason enough to visit. What a shame it has gone to ruin, but hopefully the Friends of Tarlair with restore it...More

this is the first time i have been to tarlair swimming pool. its a great abandoned place with scenic views and somewhere to go for a walk or to relax.

This is an amazing piece of Art Deco sadly falling to wrack and ruin for lack of funds. Well worth the walk or drive down to imagine it in its heyday. Events are occasionally held in this unique location.
