This is a real tribute to the life of a solider and how he could spend his free time in WW1. The information available is great and the video that you can watch shows how the troops might have been feeling.

Excellent museum. Many things to see and read - about some of the nicer things if any associated with the Great War. Well worth a visit.

Visited (March 2018) as part of a pilgrimage to the WW1 Battlefields – Talbot House is easy to find (with a Sat Nav), there is plenty of on-street car parking (€1 for 4 hrs) near-by, on the day we visited. Admission normally €8 each, but...More
