This used to be a tea planter's bungalow and later became a monastery. The building is very pretty with those big rocks and reminded me of England. The garden is also very nice. You can enter the house and see three rooms with old furniture....More

Well there is nothing much . Ots a old fashioned bangalow. Very small area opened for public view but a truly a unique style of a bangalow

nice place to visit. entrance is 50LKR for local adults. worth to visit shop which sells various Jams, cordials etc.

The route to the monastery is very scenic. A place one must visit in Haputale. The place is crowded for the most part but the scenery is lovely. They also have a shop that sells yummy jams and chutneys.
