We’ve been visiting these woods for many years - there are some very good circular walks starting at the holly lane car park or the ramblers rest pub. Some of the paths can be a bit steep and slippery when wet but for the most...More

Lovely woods LOVELY trees and the added attraction of spotting Narnia themed statutes. Trail takes about half an hour to complete. Largely buggy friendly. Opportunity to build dens.

These woods are extensive and link Chipstead area with Tadworth. Plenty of different types of views and marked trails. Excellent for dog walkers.

A lovely walk through ancient woodland which leads to plenty of other walkways over the downs and into Chipstead Valley. Full of wildlife and great for butterflies and birds. The car park can get very busy at times. The Narnia sculptures are an added interest.

The walk through the woods was lovely, there are dens throughout the woods for kids to play in and add to. We spent ages finding more logs to build an extension and decorating the inside with leaves and logs for sitting on. It was fun...More

Hi Jan, Hope you have good weather. I just find it a nice place to walk the dog, though can get busy in nice weather and summertime. Can recommend The Rambles Rest in the Chipstead Valley nearby. Right, not the greatest... More
