Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Unfortunately over the years the shops that made it special such as O'Neill, Puma, Desigual, etc. have been eliminated... now it is a place like many for people who want to appear..
The prices are decidedly high for an outlet, except during sales, where however you have to look carefully because some shops could pass off old collections as new ones... it's fine to take a tour, to buy something from a well-known brand, better online directly from the brand in question,

Terrible reception for campers. Despite the early hour and the empty car park, the security forces insist on parking at the end of the square, citing safety reasons. What changes between my vehicle and a car if they are both correctly parked inside the spaces? Why would one make the area unsafe and the other not? I'm sorry but, if this is to be the state of mind with which to start a day of shopping, we will never return to this center again. I advise the management to better train the security so as not to discriminate against customers based on the vehicle they drive! After all, a camper, if well parked, is no different from any other vehicle and there is no reason why it should make the area in which it is located less safe than others.

Walked into Prada to shop with my girlfriend.
suddenly a blonde shop assistant from the East responds in a pedantic manner, making me look bad among people.
Being young doesn't necessarily mean that I can't buy in a certain type of shop (as if buying in an outlet were something for the rich) and if I go into a shop to make purchases I expect to receive seriousness and professionalism, which is something that has been completely lacking. .

In the Roy Rogers store, at the time of payment, not only was I not asked if I was subscribed to the newsletter, I was not even informed that, precisely by virtue of the fact that I am subscribed, if I had waited 1 hour to complete my purchase I would have received entitled to 30% discount. Notified by a sales assistant from another shop of the hourly promotion underway yesterday, I went back to ask for explanations and rudely they replied that they are not required to inform customers of the current promotions. Maybe it's also true but it would have been a kindness that would not have made him LOSE A CUSTOMER

Passing through this place, we stopped as soon as we exited the highway, more out of curiosity as we had never been. It is very easy to reach and has ample parking. Very beautiful aesthetically. The walk between the shops is very well looked after and very clean. There are bars, creperies and wine and liquor shops that serve food. Definitely recommended.

No accessories such as glasses for example in branded boutiques, rather focused on clothing and leather goods. Beautiful representation of Italian flagships. Outlet smaller than Serravalle but much more interesting than the one in Mantua

High end outlet open air with good range of retailers. Mainly fashion but expensive labels. Good parking & attractive design. Good eating options. Just off main road to Parma.

The Fidenza Village is set up like many other similar shopping villages. What we liked was that it was very clean and well-kept. And there were a few shady spots where you could take a break. The shops are different. As in almost all outlets that I know, you could forget about the offers from the big sports brands. With clothes and fashion, however, you could get a bargain with a bit of luck and a good nose. I would go there again if I drive past there again - it's just behind the motorway exit - and have some time.

There are no signs from Fidenza Station to tell you where the shuttle bus pick up point is. I had to wait in line at the Trenitalia ticket booth to ask where it is and because of the line, I missed the bus and I’ve had to wait an hour for the next one.

I searched everywhere online for this precious bit of info but clearly no one has ever put it out there so let me be the first person to do so.

As you exit the station where the female toilet is, turn left and walk past the taxi line all the way down along the Fidenza station till you get to a parking lot / Bus Station. This is where the pick up point is. Refer to my picture for a view from the pick up point to where you would walk in from Fidenza Station.

To Fidenza Village management, you have a gone so far as to provide everything but this much needed info and it has made for such a disappointing start to my excursion. Please add the exact pick up point in your Getting There information.

Yes it is clean, yes the brands are decent (Armani, Dolce&Gabbana, and alikes) BUT this outlet really is in the middle of nowhere and, most importantly, prices do bite, if you don't come during sales period! I posted lots of examples on my blog spendersparadise com
There are plenty of way better places to shop in Italy where much better deals can be found! 30-40% off the original retail price for a collection of last year is NOT what I would consider a great deal worth the effort of getting there.
On the positive note, I did encounter some really good bargains at Etro- perhaps by chance but this does give me a glimpse of hope that if one looks carefully, great deals can eventually be found.
All in all; if you are around and don't have a chance to visit other outlets of Italy, especially in Tuscany or Milan area, then this may be something to consider. Otherwise, don't bother.
