The audio tour points out little details a bystander wouldn't notice and the overall experience, combined with the movie, definitely generates empathy and understanding. The story of the Citadel is fascinating so if you have an hour or more to spare, do visit!

We didn't do the inside tour, just the 6 euro one to walk around the citadel. Still took a good hour or so to meander and look down on the town.

The Citadel visit is a self-guided audio tour. You walk through the citadel and are guided through the story of the famous siege and wars with commentary and video. For adults this is great, however, do bear in mind that the experience is quite graphic...More
