I took my son down here for some exercise and was not disappointed, it is a spectacular unspoiled rugged view of the coast, you can also explore on some of the tracks, if it’s warm you can dip your feet in but the beach is not safe swimming as beautiful as it looks but a lovely walk on unspoiled rugged and rocky beach, with some great stretches of sand and views

We almost did. Miss it. But my husband was eager to check it out so we did. And I'm really glad. Walk toward the Spray Point is very special as well, not too long, but wild-ish. (There was a warning about snakes but we didn't see any). And once you get to the end, there is some view! Very special! I'm glad we went to see it. Btw it's windy, so make sure you're not just in T-shirts.

You can take a little drive down spray point rd and walk down an amazing beach path. Then you are greeted by an long board walk that go's down the beach. The beach is a lovely spot to go looking at the rock pools at low tide or just sitting on the sand when its high.If you walk down a different path at the you will come to the side of a cliff were the water crashes against the rocks and spays. It is genrally a very quite beach so you will normally be alone there.

This visit was the second and the last was cloudy so we took advantage of a sunny day and were not disappointed. The coastline around Spray Point is about as pretty and interesting as you get and fortunately not that well-known. The walk along the coast is something else and well worth doing. Turn off Melbourne Road as you go west at Spray Point Road and walk the 300 meters to Spray point and then go to Koonya Beach next door as well and the other way to Mountfords Beach.

Recently spent 18 days in this beautiful home. It was very spacious, bright and had everything one could need for a very relaxing holiday. Within walking distance of the rocky ocean shore, beach and the coastal walks, Only a short drive to the lovely small town of Sorrento, the ferry to Queenscliff and Point Nepean for some history.

Tucked away on the ocean side of the Mornington Peninsula at Blairgowrie , Spray Point is one of the best spots and most rugged on the coast . It is some 400 meters back from the car park off Spray Point Road, a dusty small track off Melbourne Road. There is a short boardwalk through the sand dunes and then it opens out to wild seas and a rugged coastline as good as any. You can walk along to Koonya Beach another 200 meters and take in a variety of a very unknown and secluded part of the Peninsula coastline.

This has been a favourite spot for our family for the past 30 years as it is literally on our doorstep- actually a short 5-6 minute walk from
Where we live - so a regular destination over the years for family, friends and all those visitors! It never fails to impress - every visit presents a new perspective of waves breaking across the large rock face - rather like an Opera cloak and offset by the grandeur of the breakers right across the ocean back beach. There is good signage to guide newcomers to the spot & a well maintained boardwalk- although not full disabled access but even from the top of the boardwalk there is a magnificent view across the ocean beach and national park. No cafes here just Nature at its most impressive - head to Sorrento village for the lattes!

Amazing spot that allows you to walk right to edge of cliff. Follow wooden walkway all the way and than keep waking along sandy track to reach cliff edge. Follow all the way around and it will take you to back entrance of Koonya Beach

Parking: spray point rd
