We were late arriving due to my son getting separated from us in Shinjuku Station. We rushed to get there and the guides were great about it. They were very informative for my 13 year old boys and we had a great time.

I suppose it would depend on the time of year of your visit. If it helps to know this, we did not ride along the waterfront at any time. It is a pretty good workout, which would help keep you warm.
