The English speaking driver met my wife and I at the terminal, he escorted us to a beautiful car, and made the two hour drive to our hotel in Hakone easy and convenient. He was friendly and helped us load all of our luggages. We booked it from HND to our hotel in Asakusa which cost us just under $80. This was definitely worth it for 4 girls with 4 large luggages. I have been to Japan multiple times and it is not easy lugging so much stuff through the train stations especially during rush hour. Our drivers were helpful, kind and great drivers. The Airbnb house was down a narrow alley where the vans could not enter. However, after dropping us off, our drivers followed us on foot to make sure that we found the right house. The drivers are very professional and courteous, and the vehicles are always comfortable and immaculate. It's easy to book their service. Although their online booking is not immediate, they respond by email in a timely manner. Airport pickup is efficient and I always pay the nominal fee to have them meet us right at the arrivals door as it's often quite crowded. The car service is great! Our driver Katsuma I is highly professional and helpful. He came on time and the car is highly luxurious. Katsuma I also helped us with our bags, he even waited for us to get trolleys and loaded all of our bags. Our bags were 6 big bags that weigh a total 130 KG and two carry-ons. The price was reasonable for this type of car and professionalism from Shinjuku to Haneda airport for a price of 9500 yen.

It was the first time we're travelling with our snowboards and other luggages (we had 5 pieces in total), so naturally, we were worried about navigating from Tokyo to the airport with our many pieces equipment. Ordinary taxis won't have the space to accommodate the boards, and the trains/subway would be a nightmare because not all subway stations have lifts. Searched online for some time and finally found MK, which was prompt in replying and offered a really good deal. Just fill up the online quotation, and they'll get back to you within a day with the quotation. The next step you'd have to take is to reply with a confirmation that you accept the quotation and booking. Payment is done when you arrive at your destination, either via cash or credit card.
We'd chosen to fly out of Haneda this time simply because it was cheaper to get to by taxi. Sure, we would've taken the train but it was about opportunity costs (the hassle of dealing with so many bags), and the booking with MK wasn't that much expensive compared to a regular hail off the street taxi. Oh, we booked the Toyota Alphard, which was luxurious in terms of space for the 2 of us. Like any MPVs, the last row was collapsed to accommodate the luggages, while the snowboard bag was spotted between our seats. So if you have a larger group travelling, do consider the van or just indicate that in the online quotation, and MK will advise you accordingly.
That being said, I was confused by one staff who told us that it couldn't accommodate the snowboard bag (oh, do tell them the length of the snowboard bag) when 2 prior quotations from other staff had confirmed that it was possible. If you're wondering why there were 2 prior quotations, it was because I'd made a hash of providing the details. So to help you have a comparison, it was the 2 of us, a 160cm Dakine snowboard bag with 2 snowboards (1 w/bindings) and 1 pair of boots, 2 100 litre luggages and 2 cabin luggages. And when we had PLENTY of legroom (I'm 1.78m tall).

We are happy that you found our company for your request.
Yes, our English speaking staff in the office do always their best to handle our customers inquiries as soon as possible (usually within one day).
Unfortunately it is always hard to know, if the luggage can really fit into the car or not.
In order to be sure everything can fit and for more comfort we usually recommend a bigger car, if we are not 100% sure.
We want to avoid the scenario, where our guests have to order a second taxi, if their luggage can't fit into the car, which was already booked.
Thank you very much for the details, that will help us to suggest our customers the right car in the future.

We arrived in NRT after a long overnight transatlentic flight and we didn'twant to have to take the train to our hotel.
Despite the fact that the flight was almost an hour late, our driver was right there at the arrival gate with my name clearly printed on his screen.
The car was a large luxurious minivan that fits easily the 3 of us and our luggage.
The drive was smooth. Traffic was hrrible but it is out of anybody control.
Our driver was extremly polite, and drives carefully.
We will use Tokyo MK Taxi again without any doubt.

Our family of 4 plus 4 luggages and 4 hand luggages used MK Taxies on 3 occasions whilst in and around Tokyo. On each occasion the drivers and very clean cars arrived 15 minutes beforehand and drove us to our next hotel. Each car had wifi which our granddaughter was delighted with. We booked all of them at least a week in advance and found their rates to be reasonable. I would recommend them.

I made an online reservation for a ride from the Roppongi/Nishi Azabu area to Tokyo Haneda Airport. It was easy to make a reservation in English on their website, and I received a confirmation e-mail quickly.
On a previous Tokyo visit, I was fortunate enough to get a Tokyo MK Taxi and Limousine ride by chance because one of their Alphard vehicles happened to be next in line in the taxi queue at a major Tokyo hotel. The Alphard ride from that hotel to Tokyo Haneda Airport was amazing so I was happy to be able to make a reservation with them.
On this trip, I immediately recognized the familiar Tokyo MK Taxi and Limousine Alphard they had sent for me. The driver arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time at the appointed location and the driver was extremely courteous and assisted me with loading my luggage into the vehicle.
The Alphard has a great ride with plenty of legroom for passengers. The driver spoke good English and we had a pleasant conversation during the ride. I used to live and drive in Tokyo, so he asked me if I had a route preference to the airport. I told him I would trust his judgment and he took a direct route to the airport, since rides from Minato ku to Haneda are metered.
The cost of the ride upon arrival at Haneda was reasonable and within the estimate I was provided despite encountering some traffic on the expressway. The driver assisted me with my luggage after my drop off and was on his way to Kawasaki to pick-up his next ride.
There are lots of taxis and limousine companies in Tokyo competing for business. Tokyo MK Taxi and Limousine is my first choice and they have my highest recommendation for ground transportation in the Tokyo area.

Traveling to Japan with young children and no Japanese speaking. MK made it very easy for us. Driver was very limited English speaking but we were able to connect and he made it very easy by meeting us at our baggage claim rather than walking to taxi terminal. At the hotel he took all our baggage out of the van and ran into the hotel to grab a luggage cart which he loaded everything for us. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again

Communication was perfect via email and whatapp for texting. The driver picked up our family of four at a restaurant, took us to get our stored luggage, and drove us to Narita. The trip was far and the price matched, however, I had piece of mind that we would arrive at the airport in a timely manner to catch our international flight back to Canada and the US.

Not sure what hotel yet, but it will be in Rappongi Manito.
Second pick-up will be the next day

Is there a fixed rate to and from Haneda airport to Central Tokyo?
Does MK taxi does within the central tokyo service too?
How in advance I have to book for short and long distance?

Yes was a fixed rate - email them and you can ask them for quotes on wherever you want to go. I booked a few weeks in advance, but I guess it depends on how busy they are, so best to drop them a line now.
