To see the tokto skyline, one must visit odaiba to see this place. Accessed by the yurikamome line (a sort of DLR ) which runs across this bridge its a show of modern tokyo

It's worth it on a clear day for the views but it's a more practical commercial bridge than a tourist walk. Impressive in the former respect.

Go over in a Mari Car at night, under on a bay cruise or admire from one of the tall buildings like the Skytree Tower. It is just a Bridge but still a landmark in Tokyo.

Hi, From Shibuya you can take the Ginza line to Shimbashi. Change to Yurikamome monorail at Shimbashi... More practical is to install Tokyo metro application on Android to find your routes.
