A simple yet fun place to bring your kids to enjoy and play lego. The place is not too big so you can spend around 3-4 hours there with your kids. The games and attractions are mainly for kids from 3-10 years old. Even if your kids are not into lego, you can still enjoy some of the rides and... More

Great place to visit if you have kids and around Odaiba. It's not the most "straight forward" place to go visit so some pre-planning is advisable if you are going to take the trains. There are two rides in the discovery centre which are great and a creative workshop for the kids to learn to built lego. The centre is... More

A fun way to spend an hour or so with small children. Our 4yo already saw the logo batman movie and was psyched. It's not very big but it has several activities, like a laser shooting ride and an indoor playground. Sadly parents MUST supervise, which makes the play area crowded with bored parents looking at their smartphones. Also, the... More

Took our five year old who had a blast! Spent four hours and easily could have stayed longer if mom had not been exhausted. Recommend making reservations on weekends and holidays. We went in on a Sunday under the first time slot. It was pleasant until about noon when it became VERY crowded, lines became too long and no place... More

What a waste of time and money, no value in attending Tokyo Legoland. Very disappointing for our family. Our time would have been better spent at a more traditional Japanese tourist attraction such as the Imperial Palace or the nearby Miraikan.

We booked our ticket at Japanican.com as they offer priority pass and when I tried to book directly at Legoland Discovery there was no available slot. Though its not a themepark like in Malaysia and Dubai that we visited we still enjoyed our tour here. The basic was there, miniature of landmarks in Japan and other country's famous landmarks. There... More

Smaller museum but may be good for kids, max 30 minutes or so. Next to the madame Thussauds, so combined ticket is available

Perhaps my expectations was set too high but it was my kids who wanted to leave after 2hrs. Small place with some Lego displays, a few rides and a kids playground. Pretty boring. Lastly, I feel it's a bit expensive for this level of attraction.

Legoland Tokyo is aimed firmly at the 3-10 year old demographic and was more like a big "playland" but included some great models of Tokyo city, a "shootem-up" ride, a 4D movie, and a few activity areas for building lego cars to race on different tracks. Good for kids, yes - and an indoor activity for those rainy days (or... More

Due to lack of alternative indoor playground for my 7 year old boy, we had to workout 7,200 Yen ie. 2 adults and 1 child to play in a small playground. Nothing much else other than some lego buildings etc. It's NOT MULTIPLE ENTRY so parents beware as you will not be able to reenter if you want to do... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
