Stretching x Communication Re.Ra.Ku's body care includes a lot of stretching. Moving your body by stretching helps boost blood circulation and stave off fatigue. Also, our clients and the CLPs assigned to them communicate all throughout treatment. Clients' issues that they would not be able to find themselves are found with the pros' perspective, and the ways to care for them are presented.

It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

駅からほんとすぐの場所にあり、病院からの帰りに寄り道しました。受付の段階から丁寧に疲れているところを聞いてくれたり、とても丁寧な印象でした。そしてマッサージが上手い！！そこっ！ってところをピンポイントでほぐしてくれるし、途中で都度強さの確認もしてくれたので安心して受けられました。最後は家でできるストレッチも教えてもらえたので、ストレッチもやりつつ、定期的にほぐしに来たいと思います。
