There is a small but very real Edo town. I entered some houses and enjoyed imaging life of Edo. Guides answer your questions.

This museum provides an amazing look back at Tokyo before it was Tokyo. The museum participates in the free in-language tour program, which definitely enhances the experience.

A very cool but small museum, filled with some delightful exhibits and some pretty big ones. Combine this with the sumo museum which is a stone throw away from here and free.
