Neighbourhood: Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I like others wanted to experience and pick side of talk you. I don’t really know if it was offended because I wasn’t with Japanese people, but I can tell you that there are no translations in this area and it was very beautiful. You can get lost in the streets and see people’s house entrances and I had a better feeling of what life and talk you might be late. We had this written a cute little shop, and they have them in mini shop so I posted a picture of that. And we happen to be leaving the café exactly at 5 o’clock which is when the tower makes a sound. Without the exclamations you areCertainly missing out on something but he was a nice way to spend the afternoon with my husband and we love each other’s company too

I wanted to explore some of the more traditional parts of Tokyo, the hidden spots that survives the onslaught of modernisation. A walking tour of hidden Tokyo in Ningyocho was just the perfect opportunity. Ningyocho, which literally means dolls in Japanese, is a neighbourhood in the Nihonbashi district where it was one of the most vibrant places where puppeteers, doll makers and those in the Kabuki theatre craft operated and lived. This area is filled with houses that was reminisced of the Edo period, having survived both wars and earthquakes. My journey begins here on Ningyocho-dori, where the famed clock tower put out a doll show display at the strike of the hour.
