Actually our guide told us to be there by 2:30 am to get a spot in line for 5 am auction.

It had been delayed because the mayor was opposing the move so I think you should be fine. But it just recently started moving forward again so I'm not sure what the new date is. I doubt they would be able to move it all in... More
