I just happened upon the park. Similar to a NYC Central Park. Many lunch time walkers. A few food venues and one actual sit down restaurant that I saw. There was a small wedding venue place and many botanical beauties but very little English to guide me. There is probably a map available. My favorite part was the flower shop... More

There are a cluster of gardens in the area in Chiyoda. Hibiya park is separated from the others (National garden and the Imperial palace gardens) by a main road and a moat like water body. Hibiya park is smaller than the main garden area beside it but is nice for a walk. I believe they also have concerts and other... More

Hibiya Park is a large green space close to Ginza , Marunouchi and the Imperial Palace which is next door. It has Japanese gardens and European gardens and numerous walking paths and places to sit and if you are so inclined a number of tennis courts for hire. There are also a large and good flower market, and two restaurants.

I was there last May for an Oktoberfest event. (Yes, I had the same question: Oktoberfest in May? but let's put that aside). The event was very well organized. Although there were lots of food stalls and numerous people, they managed to keep the park clean and easy to navigate. Would be a very nice place to run or stroll... More

Nice park if you're in the neighborhood. Pond with ducks and turtles. Bandstand. Large fountain. Good for a walk.

A small oasis in the centre of Tokyo. Very clean and easy to walk. You can calm down easily over there

Take a boat trip to visit Hibiya Park and make an afternoon of it. The park is a haven in an otherwise bonkers city and it is always fun to take a boat trip down the river to look at the developments going on.

A huge area with a big pond (lots of turtles and fishies here), a few interesting plants and a whole lot of trees. Plenty of resting areas and a huge open place arranging markets from time to time. There was some kind of job-hunting market last time we were there. The only bad thing about our visit was the amount... More

Christmas Market 2016 is held here at this park. Lots of food stands to experience. Expect line-ups. Beautiful heart shaped pond with handsome pine trees. Perfect location for family outing, jogging, strolling and dating!
