Great day out with our 3 and 6 year old. Take sensible shoes, travel light and don't take your eyes off the kids as it is all too easy for them to clamber up and fall off! Not suitable for buggies I would say

Superb views around Alicante from this stunning fortress. Easy access via lift however very hot at top and still a small climb to get to viewpoints. Great little cafe down stairs to the left which is more peaceful than the kiosk near the lift.
