RIP our drone Bebop 2

It gets super windy on a windy day. Do not fly your drone at the top on a windy day. If you see a drone at a coast near this site, please let me know. It might be mine. It is... read more

It gets super windy on a windy day. Do not fly your drone at the top on a windy day. If you see a drone at a coast near this site, please let me know. It might be mine. It is worth the climb.

You can easily get here with the Bizkaibus buses, there are two options to get here which will leave you close enough to take a walk to San Juan (be warned, the walk is not short but it is not super far away). The place is marvelous and you can enjoy beautiful views on the way up as well as... More

One of big hits of North Spain and maybe Europe. Everybody must go there, better in a sunny day. Lovely views

This attraction is definitely a must see. The views are incredible. Take your time if you're not in shape as there are a lot of stairs! A lot of people but I was able to ring the bell at the top. There are stairs near the beginning to go down if you want to sit and relax in the sun... More

My husband and I have never made such an effort to see a church but in this case it's totally worth it :) Must see when you visit the Euskal Herria.

This place is a must visit location if you are in Bilbao or San Sebastian area. It about 1.5 km hike. Not strenuous but not an easy walk in the park either. There is a church on the island and people go and ring the bell three times. It is one of the most beautiful places in the Basque country.

One of the nicest places I've visited, even the walk from Bakio to there was pretty. The walk on the path to get there is worth it and the view from the top is just breathtaking. You should definitely go there and see it for yourself. If you are going in the low season take into account that there is... More

The hundreds of step to the little chapel are as enigmatic as the view from there! you must go and feel it. I can only describe the feeling of getting closer and closer.... stopping here and there to contemplate both little bays (left and right) as you climb to the end. Don't forget to toll the bell when you get... More

This probably is must see if you visit the bosque country since the views are very beautiful. However their is a path that goes down towards the bridge to the island that is extremely slippery, made up of wooden steps, stones and slippery sand. More than one person fell while we were descending this path. There is a road that... More

Fantastic place to visit. Not only it's beautiful and views are wonderful... you will have to "suffer" the walk up and down... But it is worth it. Count at least.30 minutes each way... My kids 9 and 10 had.fun doing it buy I would advise that you take some water and bit of food.for the walk. From there you should... More
