Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The oenological and biological recovery work of the vines and the land is amazing. The fruit is exquisite organic wines, which bring together all the nuances of the countryside, the mountains... a privileged environment.

Last week I attended as a CaixaBank volunteer the dinner organized by the NGO "GastronomĂa Solidaria" at the Mirador de Cuatrovientos.
Bodega Las Moradas had a stand in the gazebo from which it supplied wine to all the diners... and to those of us who weren't.
Covadonga made us try her white wine - a red wine disguised as white - as I believe she said. I'm not into white wines, but I have to admit that this one surprised me very favorably.
I also tasted the red wine, a round wine, I really liked it.
A very pleasant wine experience and Covadonga, Cova or Covita - as he says his friends call him - a charming person.
