This is a nice place to for families with young children. fees are $20 for a non-Salvadorean resident and $10 for Salvadoreans, believe me is worth the drive. They also have Zip Line.
This Animal refuge actually takes care of the animals in captivity.
I went to this with three friends while visiting from the USA. We went on the extreme zip line adventure that is located at the same location. Well worth it as you zip line across three times in front of beautiful waterfalls.
