The rocks are certainly impressive, most reasonably fit people can climb just be careful especially if it is wet. Children will enjoy picking out the likeness of animals etc in the rocks.

This scenic area of Bulgaria is well worth the visit. The rocks are breathtaking as the distant mountains strike a dramatic pose. You walk past the ruins of the Belogradchik Fortress as you approach the path to the top of the rock formations.

Wow like it was taken from the Avatar movie. The view was to die for. The service at the desk where they sell tickets was VERY BAD.

Natures wonders. Bit like Cappadocia in Turkey. If in vicinity a must see sight. Do go on a guided excursion

These rocks are really unique - many different shapes with funny names given by the people. The red colors of the rocks give unreal sensation, especially at sunset. Best seen from the Belogradchik fortress or from a 4x4 adventure guided tour.
