Even though it is in sight of both the bustling market and the busy docks, there is a very real sense of peace and spirituality, here. The burning incense can be smelt from across the street and the whole complex is unmissable if in Sibu.

I am a Christian, but I have been there so many time, having listened to sharing of the die hard worshipper, I respect the place as a sign of hope, a sign of comfort, a sign of our root.

One of the most happening place during chinese new year. This temple is open to public and free entrance for public. Located next to jetty with magnificient view.

We had a short couple of nights trip to Sibu and made a short visit to the iconic pagoda temple. It was clean and majestically overlooking the great Rejang river! Lovely compound!

Not much activity happening when we visited the temple. Manage to climb the pagoda after getting the key from the caretaker. My opinion is that the leaning tower of Teluk Intan is more interesting.

We came to pray in the first day of 2018. The temple is crowded as usual. According to the local, this temple is the one to go if you wish to pray for good health, wealth and prosperity!

The most highlighted temple in the heart of Sibu. Non Buddhists are also welcomed. If you are a Buddhist don't forget to come.
