A very windy road up the hill - went in off-season but need to keep an eye out for massive tourist buses and a myriad of cyclists - interesting place with nice church, restaurant, etc - worth a stop by
A great place to see. Spectacular views on a clear day. Large restaurant. A lunch time meal .. very enjoyable. A walk around the exterior of the hill top is recommended. There is also a hotel on this site.
We managed to reach the peak via an unconventional climb up the mountain face as the footpath is poorly sign posted.
Having descended on the footpath, if you can get onto it for the climb it is about a 90 minute walk to the top....More

Found this place from friendly taxi driver. Drove up early one evening and returned for dinner a a few days later. The monastery is beautiful, the views of the sunset are sublime. We had rabbit, stuffed chicken, and two different types of pork dish.
