Stayed at the Coral Villa, right on this beach. Very Good snorkeling right out our door. Many coral heads set against white sand with the usual variety of tropical reef fish. Don't bother snorkeling at Muri, come to this beach instead. Park by the public...More

Having past this beach in Raro's famous bus service a few times, and noted that the water seemed extra blue and the sand extra white, we finally stopped in on our final day. Unfortunately we didn't get to swim - wet swimsuits in the luggage...More

Great sandy beach, with shades of blue, famous snorkelling area. Best part is probably in front of the Polynesian Resort with a wide stretch of sand with shallow water.

Great snorkeling with many beautiful fish immediately upon entering the water. They get prettier and bigger the further in you go. The whole place looks like one big postcard!

This beach, like most beaches on Rarotonga, is covered in soft sand with the odd bit of corral. The water is clear and full of fish.

On the Southern tip of Rarotonga this beach still gets a lovely sunset view. We scootered around the island several times and this is one of the nicer sandy beaches. The lagoon is quite wide here so it's great for snorkelling and seeing all the...More
