An amazing square and very unusual. With beautiful painted walls. It was so busy I felt it was spoiled really. Cafes were heaving and we ordered water and cakes but they were so long coming we left without them. Not a relaxing place to sit.

A typical Italian square filled with restaurants and shops. Nice to walk around and admire the architecture, especially the palace in the background.

one of the largest squares in Europe, meticulously maintained, a must-see! Build by Sforza Milano family as country residence. Nearby Castello an absolute must-see unfortunately, like so many things in Italy, not really looked after nowadays!
