Well worth a visit to enter these caves. It is a bit tricky to find but just remember that when you find the 36 km sign - head north! Booking is essential!!

We visited this cave, it has very much stairs and less light. The stairs has mostly no railings. The trip is going up voor almost 200 stairs. At the end, you are at the top of the hill, walking over a very steep way down...More

Fantastic caves. Very interesting. You can book for an English speaking guide. Calasparra has a lot to offer and this is a good example.

Lovely cave. Usually only open at week ends. Need to check times and opening hours with the tourist info office, Need to be reasonably fit as there is some bending in one area and wet under foot with some inclines.

Had a very nice trip to the caves. The guide spoke only Spanish and there is no English information available. But the tour and cave is still a very nice trip. The directions might be a bit hard (small road going north at crossroad RM-714/RM-B19)....More

Visited Calasparra recently and was really impressed with the surrounding countryside, the caves are great but I suggest contacting the tourist office before setting off, they will tell you when the best time to go will be.
