Best visited after rain when the falls are in full flow, Kondalilla Falls is a great place for both the walker, nature lover or someone just looking for a cool place to go for a swim on a hot summer's day. The abundance of birdlife found in the spectacular rainforest and the well-maintained tracks, picnic and bbq facilities make this... More

This is a 4.6 Km walk down to the Falls and back up again, so it needs a certain level of fitness to be done comfortably. Having said that it was a most enjoyable experience with lots to see including the Falls and the surrounding countryside. Also lots of birdlife to see and hear. Well worth a visit.

Love the walk, rainforest and the waterfall. It's definitely worth of going to relax and take your mind off. There are a few stairs on track to bear in mind, not a very difficult track in general.

There'd been a huge downpour the night before we went on the hike, so the waterfall was in full swing and was great to see. We couldn't walk through the rock pools due to the amount of water, however that didn't matter, we just found another path. Would love to try the full hike from Lake Baroon to Kondalilla Falls... This national park has a great open grassy picnic area with plenty of tables and shelters, and a sealed path from the carpark. This path is steep in places and has stairs, so would require care and assistance for prams etc, but worth the effort. From the picnic area, there are some well signposted tracks, offering walks ranging from 1... More
