On our way back from a snorkelling trip we stopped here, it was worth a stop just to see the vendors carrying on business in their floating kitchens as the tide was in. A few vendors selling jewellery were relatively persistent in trying to sell...More

Very nice place to do some snorkeling and have some picture-perfect and intagrammable white sand beach moment with other tourists. Also, the island comes with lots of seafoods to choose from and make it freshly cooked as you wait.

This is the place you came to the Philippines for! It is one of the nicest, clearest and bluest waters I swam in! You have to do it! See pictures posted.

What "island?" What we witnessed was a sandbar submerged in water. Tour groups will still take you there even though they fully know it's high tide. There will be vendors under palm leaf huts selling all kinds of food and beverages, including beer. Water was...More

As part of our island hopping itinerary, we stop at “virgin island” which supposedly a sand bar. It is high tide when we visited the island, therefore the sand bar is submerged in 2 feet of water. It is a really nice place. But since...More

We visited as part of a tour of the islands which included snorkelling and a tour. We took a local bunker boat at 2k peso and had 6 hours of fun.... It's worth taking a few drinks with you to save money and a change...More

Visit Virgin Island early morning or maybe late afternoon. Just avoid noontime if you really wanna see the sandbar. It's high tide at noon. You can ask for suggestions from your tour provider though, we were just running out... More
