Our hotel offered a package to visit here, which is how we heard about it. I had done a little research about the 'healing waters' around that area. We went on our own without an appointment and it was one of our best days on vacation. The staff is professional and helpful, the spa is spotless and the facilities are... More

We enjoyed a day at the spa in the middle of our trip. If you have time and are looking for unique spot experience, you will enjoy this one. The outdoor pool is very unique with all the different Jets. I would have perfered the water to be warmer, but it was still enjoyable. The cave was very unique. I... More

We enjoyed the grotto although the steam wasn't very hot. We had the same experience in the thermal pool. It just wasn't as hot as we expected. One negative, there was an older man in the pool with open sores on his face, we were surprised they allowed him in.

The pool is set at around 38 degrees and is perfect in the winter. We went on Saturday, so it was open until midnight, and it was great to swim in the evening. The only thing is, they had 90's dance music at full blast the whole evening, which was so weird. But I was told later that its not... More

At home in the United States,I get a massage every week. I especially enjoy getting a massage at the vacation destinations we visit around the world. Each one is completely different. I was very disappointed with Grotta Giusti. It is a large commercial establishment, not at all a warm welcoming staff that I expected. Instead, you stand in line until... More

This place has been the worse experience we had so far. The stuff is unfriendly and it's very expensive. It is 20 euros per person to access to a pool that it's slightly bigger than my hotel's. If you want to use the caves you have to pay extra. I am definitely not going back...what a ripoff!

We arrived in Italy on Wednesday on a Gate 1 trip to Tuscany; 8 hours in a plane, 4 hours in a car we needed a day to re-center! This is the place! Buy the €129 package our hotel gave us a 10% off coupon, and booked our visit. We went to the pool then the caves and ended with... More

Nice surroundings, view on green hill around.normally nice people. pool is wide with 4 smaller areas for Hydro massage, always too crowded. Water warmer let you start Swimming outside since April or even before. Staff at the entrance is too straight and that one nearby the pool very poor in moods. Internal cave with 3 different temperature levels needs to... More
