Flat Livadi is a small area of Paros where you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday on the island. We spent four nights there during the first week of July 2024, and what we liked the most was the tranquility of the place. The beach is small, but you’ll hardly find people bathing; in fact, I was alone on the beach one afternoon (although some days there may be some wind). There are several restaurants where you eat very well and a supermarket to buy food. In addition, most importantly, one of the island’s bus lines passes by, allowing easy connections to other beautiful villages on the island. There are also two travel agencies that offer excursions in the area. Flat Livadi is an ideal place to discover Paros at a much more competitive price than other areas of the island.

We stayed at Cactus beach. Cost station 50, but also gave possibility of the pouf to 10, quiet and in the shade. We also had lunch at the restaurant , two plates soft salad and water 20 euros .
Also free shower on the beach. Fresh crystal clear sheltered sea.

Piso Livadi is a low-key beach resort and small village. Actualyl there are two beach, one small close to the port and the bigger one about 500 meters litter bit far up and down. The beach is clean and wide even with some shade. The sun beds and umbrella with available at two taverns and can be rented or used if you spend money on drinks or food. Choose a fresh fish. My was excellent. Unfortunately on the day of my visit there were high waves due to the small tornado over Cyclades The water is clear with good access into the sea. I recommend to join the Piso Livadi with visit to Lekes or Prodromos. To get there from Perikia is easy by bus, it takes about 30 minutes 07.30 ,10.00, 12.10, 14.15, 16.10, 18.30 the ticket around 2,60€.

Lovely harbour and small beach resort which we walked to along the Byzantine trail from Lefkes.
Our reward for walking was to enjoy drinks overlooking the harbour in this pristine place!
It was quiet when visited in June and plenty of space on the beach where we spent a couple of hours. There is also a bus service to Naoussa.
If we visited Paros again I would consider staying here as there are a number of restaurants,it's an attractive place and obviously a lot more low key than Naoussa.

Best little shop
Met an amazing lady that owns this shop who’s daughter is studying in the UK.
I bought my flip flops for €10 and my bracelets for €15 one for me and one for my daughter could have bought so much more.
Will definitely be back to see you again.

Piso Livadi was our lunch stop during our drive around the island. The boardwalk is small, but lined with many restaurant/taverna options and quit scenic. The beach itself was small but seemed cozy and clean. Nearby Golden Beach is another larger beach option.

This beach may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but if you want to escape Parikia and Naousa for something different this is the place. Not organised however you are steps away from shops, bakeries, some of the best seafood restaurants and bus stop is literally right in front of the beach! The beach itself is not very deep, calm and just right for a relaxing dip.

Hi guys, I would like to know if the beach is clean and the price for the sunbeds/umbrella per day. Have you seen a minimarket in the area ? Someone tried the bus connection for Naoussa and Parikia ? Many thanks

When I was there June 2017 there weren't any sun beds available.
The beach was cleaned every morning by someone from the town council I think. People leave plastic cups after their nescafé frappés on the beach (I would say they are local people).
The bus service is good and you can pick up a timetable from the tourist shop next to the bakers on the main square. Some buses go to Naoussa then its becomes a Naoussa to Parikia bus service. If you have paid the whole trip ex Pisso Livardi to Parikia you must tell the controler so, otherwise he wants you to pay a Naoussa to Parikia ticket. This happened to me as the man didn't speak much english I grabbed a Greek that did to explain.
